K2 Skates Return Policy

Orders purchased from www.K2skates.com are eligible for return within 30 days*, with some exceptions detailed below. Items must be in new/unused condition with original packaging and hangtags. Products are subject to inspection.

The following are not eligible for return:

  • All Pro Program orders are final sale.
  • Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
  • There are no exchanges of product. Products received as prizes are not exchangeable nor returnable.

* Extended Holiday Return Policy: Purchases made 11/1 - 12/31 are eligible for return within 60 days.

Return Process Overview

  • Refunds will be credited back the original method of payment used on the order for the full amount paid for the product(s) minus shipping charges.
  • You are responsible for shipping the product(s) back to us, including any shipping fees incurred. If the return is due to defective products, inaccurate product descriptions, or an incorrect order, contact us to initiate the return including details of the issue. In these cases, you may be compensated for the return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • Return processing will typically take up to 2-3 weeks from the date the return is received at our warehouse. During peak season return processing can take up to 4-5 weeks. (Nov. 15 – Jan. 15)
  • Our warehouse is not open to the public and will not accept any item(s) in person. We are not responsible for any item(s) dropped off or left outside our warehouse facility.
  • Price Matching: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer price adjustments after an order has been placed. The best way to stay in the know with upcoming discounts is to subscribe to our newsletter.

 

Returning Product Purchased from www.K2skates.com

To begin a return, please contact Customer Service and have your order number ready. You will be given an RMA# to include with your returned product and the return shipping address.

 

Returning Product Purchased from Retailer

If your K2 Skates product was purchased from a local retailer, you must bring your product back to the retailer.

Please do not contact K2 Skates regarding returning a product that you purchased from a retailer. We are only able to accept returns for products that were purchased from www.K2skates.com and were fulfilled and shipped directly by K2 Skates.
